   • Copy of the National I.D. (incase of Kenyan National) Passport (Currently Valid)
   • Copy of PIN Certificate
   • 2 Pass port size Photographs
   • One introductory having an account with Guardian Bank
2. For Partnership Accounts
   • Copy of the National I.D. (incase of Kenyan National) Passport (Currently Valid) for all partners 
   • Copy of PIN Certificate for all partners 
   • 2 Pass port size Photographs for all partners
   • Copy of partnership deed
   • One introductory having an account with Guardian Bank
3. Corporate Accounts (Limited Company)
   
   • Copy of the National I.D. (incase of Kenyan National) Passport (Currently Valid) for all the directors.
   • Copy of PIN Certificate of the company and the directors
   • 2 Pass port size Photographs for all the directors
   • One introductory having an account with Guardian Bank
   • Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
   • Certified copy Memorandum & Articles of Association
   • Latest Annual Returns filed with Company Registrar with evidence of filled fee with the Registrar of Companies
   • Board resolution of the company stating
     • Approved list of signatories
     • Mode of operation.
   • One introductory having an account with Guardian Bank
   • Complete Guardian Bank Ltd resolution of Board of Directors
   • If there are changes of directorship the following must be provided:
     • Board resolution where the minutes have been recorded approving the resignation of earlier directors and appointments of new /Existing director.
     • Form 203A filed at the registrar of companies evidencing the change of directorship.
4. Sole proprietorship:
   • Copy of the National I.D. (incase of Kenyan National) Passport (Currently Valid) of the sole proprietor
   • Copy of PIN Certificate of the sole proprietor

   • Copy of Certificate of registration
5. Society/Club/Trust Accounts
   • By Laws (Incase of Club / Society / Associations).
   • 2 passport size photos of each person.
   • Copy of the National I.D. (incase of Kenyan National) Passport (Currently Valid) of the each person.
   • One introductory has an account with Guardian Bank.
   • A copy of certificate of registration.
   • Trust Deed.
   • Copy of PIN certificate of Both partners.
