Q. Who can apply?
A. Savings and Current account holders.
Q. How many accounts can be registered?
A. Maximum 4 accounts registered for one mobile.
Q. Can multiple mobile numbers be registered for one account?
A. No. It is one mobile for multiple accounts.
Q. How many PINS are assigned per mobile?
A. One PIN per mobile (i.e. one PIN can be used for all registered accounts for the particular customer when requesting for transaction listing).By default the PIN is emailed to the address provided by the customer.
Q. If user does not have an email address
A. If no email is provided then the registered customer has to collect the pin (sealed in an envelope) from his/her branch.
Q. What are the charges?
A. We do not charge any fees for the Service but there is a standard SMS messaging charge which is the normal SMSing charge set by your mobile network provider
